4000-662-888Product application:
The sulfur dioxide test chamber is suitable for conducting accelerated corrosion tests on protective coatings of metal materials, components, electronic devices, and industrial products. It can conveniently and quickly reproduce the corrosion process of coated and uncoated metal surfaces. The chamber can perform various corrosion tests in accordance with standards such as GB9789-88, "Sulfur dioxide corrosion test under usual condensation conditions for metallic and other inorganic coatings," and the equivalent ISO6988-1985.
Chamber structure:
The sulfur dioxide test chamber is formed by integral molding and high-temperature welding, which makes it corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and leak-proof. The cover and the chamber body are sealed with water, ensuring no gas leakage. The cover is made of transparent material, allowing a clear view of the test items inside the chamber. It is equipped with a dual gas filtration system to ensure that the air exhausted outside will not pollute the environment. The circuit control board and other components are all fixed in positions that are easy to inspect and maintain. The side cover door, which is opened by a door lock, is not only aesthetically pleasing but also convenient for maintenance.
Control system:
The sulfur dioxide test chamber is equipped with a high-precision PID temperature controller, with an error range of ±0.1℃. Options for the temperature control instruments include models from RKC, OMRON, and TEMI880 (optional).
- The temperature controller has an output printing function, where the printing interval and printing speed can be individually set (optional).
- All electrical circuits are equipped with circuit breakers, and all heaters are fitted with both electronic and mechanical overheat protection devices.
- The chamber features multiple system protections, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
