It can provide corresponding environmental simulation and accelerated testing for scientific research, product development, and quality control. The SN-type Xenon Arc Test Chamber can be used for the selection of new materials, improvement of existing materials, or evaluation of the durability changes after alterations in material composition. Chamber structure:
The outer shell is made of high-quality A3 steel plate processed by a CNC machine tool, and the surface of the shell is treated with spray plastic, which looks cleaner and more beautiful. (The edges have now been upgraded to rounded corners.) The inner shell is made of imported high-quality SUS304 stainless steel plate.
- **Insulation Material**: High-density glass fiber wool, with an insulation thickness of 80mm.
- **Circulation System**: The xenon arc weathering test chamber uses a long-shaft fan motor with a stainless steel multi-blade impeller that is resistant to high and low temperatures, to achieve strong vertical diffusion and circulation.
- **Sealing Between Door and Chamber**: Double-layer high-temperature-resistant, high-tension sealing strips are used to ensure the airtightness of the test area.
- **Door Handle**: Equipped with a non-reactive door handle for easier operation.

Refrigeration system:
The Air-Cooled Xenon Lamp Climate Test Chamber refrigeration unit employs a fully enclosed compressor from the original French brand “Tecumseh”.
